i have a flight in 3 weeks

No the Southwest AIrlines passenger seats do not have the cell phone charger outlet. Cell phones are not allowed during flights. If you are using a portable dvd or laptop I would suggest an extran battery pack if you are on a long haul flight.

There are many aircraft on various airlines (such as American) that have 12 volt power outlets under the seats just like the one in your car. However, Southwest is not one of them. All of their aircraft are 737-300s and do not have power outlets anywhere on the plane. Sorry!

No, and even if they did you can not have a cell phone turn on in flight.
I have not seen a cell phone charge on any airline, and I fly many miles a month.
