I use vinegar once a month to remove any soap build up. It strips all the soaps and residue from the hair. I then rinse it thoroughly and condition as usual.
I keep vinegar in a spray bottle in the shower. : )
I have waist length hair and get compliments all the time on how it looks.

vinegar can cleanse your hair. use it when you take a shower, after you shampoo and condition your hair, pour vinegar over your hair and catch th excess, and reapeat this a couple times. this will make your hair shiny and it removes buildup left by other products. i have done this alot and my hair feels alot cleaner.
