I'm a girl in martial arts. I've been training for the past 2 and a half years, and the guys at school keep trying to start fights with me but I can't fight them because my parents will never let me get my black belt if I hurt them but thats the only way to stop them.

Also on my first day in as a red belt we did sparring and everyone was at least a belt higher than me and beat them all.

I'll tell you what I tell my students, "Never throw the first punch, ALWAYS throw the last." Until they actually DO something they can be dismised...but...if they attack you at some point...then it becomes self defense and martial arts or not...it's still boys trying to fight a girl and win or lose they will be the worse off either because they were beaten up by a girl, or becasue they ganged up on one. Whatever you do DON'T let them goad you into making the first move. If you do then, win or lose the fight, the cost will be greater than the value of the experience. There are always going to be people that think they have to test you. The trick is knowing which ones to take seriously, and which ones to dismiss as irrelivant.
Sun Tsu, one of the great chinese thinkers and philosophers said, "It is the wise man that knows when to fight, and when not to fight." There may come a time when you have to use your skills against someone like these people you've been having problems with, but these people don't sound like they would be much of a challenge for your skills.
Of course their attempts can be of benefit to you, you can use that to fuel increased intensity and focus in your training. In my early training I used to visualize fighting them during my forms training and it gave me extra motivation. Use everything you can in training, and even let it be known that they are having that impact, it might make them stop if they think that their challenges are actually benefitting you.
Hope you can find something of use in this...

First of all, I am not sure how good of a black belt you are. Getting a black belt does not mean you are a good fighter. It just means you remember the forms, you know how to chop and break those wrinkle woods/logs. Nothing else. To be a good fighter, you have to do a actual practice with someone.
If you are not having actual fight in your martial class (other than sparring), forget it. Even if you have black belt, you may lose to a guy. I don't think you will hurt them with your kick and move. And even if you do, you will end up in court or something. Best bet is to call authority, like police or principal.
Martial art is fight is last resource like self defense!

Depending on what martial art you do, you can either not hurt them by using armlocks WITHOUT breaking their arms, or you could just run when they are trying to pick fights with you, both would work. Btw, people who practice martial arts have better postures and stuff like that which is applied from that martial art of which they are learning. I am an aikidoka and after i started taking aikido 3 months ago, i realized that my normal standing stance( foot position) is the same as the normal stance we do in aikido.

What kind of martial art do you use?
Number 1 thing I would say is don't fight them. Why fight some stupid jackass, they aren't going to stop. You could get into trouble. On the other hand if a girl fights a guy, chances are, you won't get in trouble. Only reason a man should ever hit a woman is in self defense.

Look, simple rule I live by. Fight when theres a fight, walk when theres not, in other words if they hit you, then by all means yes fight back. If you can walk away walk away thats all there is to it. What martial art do you practice? The First rule of Kempo Karate is fight as a last resort. What have you to prove to them. Just look them in the eyes and ask them why they want to fight you. It is probably to prove they are tough. But one who just fights, is not one who is tough. It is harder to walk away many times, besides, a real man wouldn't pick a fight with a woman, so they must be cowards.

Not sure how old you are, but chances are you are a cute girl, and these guys are all ramped up with hormones and just want to get something physical going with you.
They aren't truly angry at you and aren't truly trying to fight you, they are just talking to get some sort of reaction out of you. They also probably don't understand martial arts so they just want to play around and see what happens.
Chances are these guys are really trying to act like they don't like you when they really do. They are feeding their own egos by messing with you.
It's just boys being stupid boys, laugh them off. Ask them if they seriously want to find out what your martial arts are about give them directions to your dojo. It could help gain some students for your club and help them understand Martial Arts better.
Chances are they won't come, but maybe one or two just might.
Because of my size, along with a ton of other things, plus my side job as a bouncer I have a ton of people who want to fight me or try their skills. I'm on several internet forums are there are always a ton of challenges there.
I tell each and everyone of them, I am happy to meet you, come up to my dojo, sign a waiver and see what it is all about. I hope that maybe I can gain a friend/student/training partner for myself and my dojomates out of them, if not they will at least get a lesson in humility in a safe, legal environment. It also allows for mats, and protective gear so that no one gets seriously hurt.
That is just my two cents, realize they are just being immature boys, if they persist invite them up to you dojo and let them know you will gladly spar with them there.
That will either shut them up, or maybe they come up there, have a good time and get an appreciation for what you do. Positive is either way they should pretty much leave you alone. But never underestimate the immaturity of hormone filled boys.

you have to remember that a martial artist does not fight unless attacked upon...try to just ignore them and dont brag about how good of a fighter you are...even if you are a very good fighter...its better to keep it to yourself. being a black belt is nothing to brag about...it should be something that only a few people should know...if you are going around telling everyone and their mother you are being disrespectful to your belt. Doing martial arts should be for you and only you...its not something to flaunt, if someone is to attack you then you use it...if you go around telling people, of course people are going to pick on you and try to start fights...just keep cool and try to keep a low profile...

This is why martial artists tend not to talk about the trainings they have. Most "good" or "true" martial artists dont brag about anything partly because they either dont want to get in trouble or want to keep the element of surprise (potential attackers wouldnt know what hit them). Also, most of advanced martial artists are taught to be humble and they feel no need to talk about it.

Martial arts are really for self defense. Just ignore them.
Or you can remind them (verbally..?) what it would be like to get completely beaten up by a girl. Get them to spar with you at an official tournament or something, if they absolutely have to fight.

Which is more foolish ? Them wanting to " fight " you or you actually thinking that would solve anything ? You say fighting them is your only option but I fall to see how.... you train for self-defense or for the defense of those who are incapable ,,well heres one of the hardest lessons ..knowing when to use it.
Is it your ego or pride ? Or is your life endangered? If it comes to blows or they push it to where you MUST act, end it quickly...If you have to come here and ask what to do I honestly question your training and wonder if you truly deserve that black belt...
