The 1998 Chevy S-10 pickup that I own to this day. But the greatest vehicle I have a license for is an M1A2 Abrams tank. I'll probably get one when I scratch together the 5 million dollar or so down payment.

Mine was a '49 Chevy. It got about 11 mpg in the city and about 14 on the highway. Good tires lasted maybe 15,000 miles. You had to u-bolt an aftermartket oil filter kit onto the intake manifold because the oil filter wasn't provided on a Chevy at that time.
My present GM car is bigger and more powerful and gets 32 mpg on the highway, or about 27-1/2 mpg overall. Cars have come a long way.
Did you know? -- The first Model "T" Ford was designed to run on ethanol, because gasoline wasn't readily available, and Henry Ford figured that farmers would want to make their own ethanol..

I got my license when I was 16, and always drove the family vehicles around, but, at 17 for graduation, I got a 1992 Hyundi, to call my very own!

1977 Red Toyota Corona Station Wagon. It's the one that Sally Albright drives in "When Harry Met Sally" when she and Harry Burns carpool together.
It was the best and most reliable car I had in high school even though it had no air conditioning and a crappy AM Radio.
However, it was running and in good condition. I wanted to redo it and turn it into a Classic Hot Rod, but I went down for a Summer for a job and when I came back, my mom traded it in for $500.00 for a Toyota Solara.
I was so unhappy. It would've been a really kickass Classic in my opinion if you changed out the engine and gave it a new paint job.

1986 Ford Aerostar. My friends called it the "spaceship" because it had so many buttons and beeping things. It was the ugliest vehicle ever - worse than the Pontiac Azteck. It was fricken Brown! Barf a Brown Mini-van!

A 1974 Ford Pinto station wagon (my mom's car) :)
Later I got my own first car, a 1967 Ford Mustang that was barely running and that I fixed up, painted, and restored fully. Bought it for $600 in 1977, sold it for $3500 a year later!

The first car I drove was my dad's huge green Torino stationwagon. The first car that I had that was my own was a 68 yellow volkswagon Beetle that had no heat. I lived in Michigan along the lake. Bad place to have a car with no heat!
