You really can't make yourself taller. You may not have stopped growing yet, as some people grow until they are 22, so there is the chance of another growth spurt.

You can eat to gain weight, though. Even with a fast metabolism, if you increase your intake by a lot, it will eventually catch up. If you want to bulk up on muscle, then you can lift a lot of weights, and drink protein shakes after every work out. This will promote a fast growth in muscle, and eventually, size.

to b honest with u..u can't rlly do much...even if u stretch...wait stretch alot in the mornings and at night and when ever possible..but that might not help...it depends on ur genes and family history and then a whole bunch of factors...trust me i kno i finally grew half an inch since like almost three years...

it is all in the genes. they say the inches you are at 2 years old, you double that and that is how tall you will be at your full height. so if you where 36 inches at 2 then you would be 72 at full height which is 6'2. is all about personality anyway.

there's this exercise that can make you look taller... my friend was telling me how his co-worker got tall by taking some pills! :| Seriously! I was like What?! I don't believe it till i see it..
