Usually just the hand. However, I was spanked with a belt and the dreaded switch. My grandmother made me go outside and pick my own switch.

Of course I hated it then, but today I am thankful for parents who cared enough to discipline.

I was spanked with a hand, woodenspoon and the last time, a fuller hairbrush. After the last time, there was no further. I guess it worked.

I spank now with my hand either over pjs or a bare butt. I do not abuse.

I was never spanked as a child,thank God. But my closest friends were. One of my friends father had a barbers razor strap and he used it on my friend and his brother all the time. It was dreadful, during the summer when the windows were open you could hear him screaming and you could actually hear that strap when it his is bare backside. Another friend of mine, a girl, had a mother who would spank her (and her brother) with a big wooden spoon. Today, these people would be in jail for child abuse.

Hand or pingpong paddle or wooden spoon most of time. They all hurt but it help me stay out of most trouble. I dont mess up very much becuse i dont want to be spanked.
