apply pressure to the cut- if its really bad then apply pressure to your artery by your armpit and hold hand above heart.

if the cut is deep and it doesn't stop bleeding, and you don't know what to do, you should consider calling an ambulance especially if you start to feel woozy.

if it's not too deep, just keep applying pressure, stop typing on the computer, and try applying pressure here: press on the front of your chest right next to the armpit just under the shoulder.

if it is serious, call an ambulance and do this until it arrives. you can also tie something tightly around the place I just described, and keep applying manual pressure.

Hold it upward, like nearly touching your shoulder... That will slow the bleeding... Put some hydrogen peroxide on it, dry it with a clen tissue, and put a band-aid on it... Continue to hold your hand up... If it's THAT bad, get some stitches...

Keep it held over your heart for awhile. The higher the better.
