I've been thinking about it all day. I hear it on TV, but I don't really pay attention. If there is another white meat, what is the orrigional?

Pork is the other white meat. It has less fat than beef, and pork tenderloins (filet mignon of pork) have less fat than chicken thighs.
When you cook pork, it turns white.

Pork Chops are 'the other white meat'
The original white meat is chicken. As a marketing tool this term of the other white meat was used to get people to buy more pork products. They are considered white meats as opposed to BEEF which is considered a red meat.
