Whatever we have as a big breakfast, minus the black puddin, and the bacon snaps it's that crispy, also it's usually got pancakes on it with liberal amounts of syrup poured all over it. Anyone in America heard of heart disease? Maybe they could for a treat visit Scotland and have a deep fried Mars bar on us.

If you are in the Southern States - you will usually get Eggs, sausage or bacon or ham, buttered grits, hashed brown potatoes, biscuits & gravy, jam, juice and coffee.

In Western States you could get all of the above, but you could also get eggs, ham with red-eye gravy, silver dollar pancakes & syrup, potatoes & coffee.

I don't know what they serve up North - I'm from Texas!!! YeeHaw!
