Just because you CAN do something, doesn't make it the right thing to do. Just because you CAN cross the border illegally, doesn't mean it is the RIGHT thing to do. Once here, just because this beautiful country allows you all the freedoms you don't have in the country you ran away from, doesn't mean you should show your thanks and gratitude for these freedoms by ignorantly waving the flag of the country you hate so much that you don't even want to live there!

I think there nothing wrong with waving their flag or any other flag because America is the a land of all not just one or another race and that alone should allow them to show who they are. I think as long as their no disrespect to eight er side then let them be.Why have us as American became so close minded to others?

I will wave what I want when I want. Thats the whole idea about being an American. I am protected by the constitution from bigots and racists that try to force their view upon me. I don't try to force my ideas on them so they should do the same, that is what America is all about. If you don't like what America stands for then by all means leave ( same advice so many people give others here) and find a place where you can dictate what others do.

Hell yeah I'd wave the mexican flag. Didn't early American settlers wave the English Flag? How can you expect an entire culture to just ignore their roots? We can't and why should we? This country is a melting pot not a one race pot!

Anti-immigrants are pointing out exceptional cases referring to people that turned down Americans Flags in order to get sympathy to anti-immigrant cause, most demonstrators were waving both flags and don't have any problem waving American flags.

I am a citizen-- ancestors here from the very beginning and I wave lots of OTHER flags whenever and wherever. Remember, it's our right under the US Constitution -- called FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. Try it (by letting someone else exercise that right). That's American: Feels GOOD!!!
(If your people only got here in the last couple of generations, try reading the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution). Makes you feel AMERICAN!

It's one thing for ignorant people to say these things... but it's even worse when it's one of our own. Middle-Class America may never understand the Mexican people. In the eyes of God they are far RICHER than any materialistic American.
This land truly belongs to the Native people.
