Seriously how should I approach him if Iam not sure if he is gay? Plus I see him everday at his work. I just want to let him know that I want to be friends (perhaps with benefits), but how should I say that without sounding lame?

Honesty is the best policy!! Invite him to lunch,and feel him out,notice I said feel him out not feel on him.Then ask if he would like to go to the bar or go see a movie.Then when the time seems right just tell him.Don't do anything at work that would cause you to get fired.Tell him exactly how you feel,and if he says no way,say well I just thought I would ask,because I am looking for someone to be friends.And then say thank you for being honest with me.If he says yes,well you know what to do from there.Good Luck!!!

Okay...does he know you're gay? If he does, throw out some subtle flirtation....SUBTLE okay! Then check out how he responds. If he seems to warm up to the advance then take it a teeny bit further. Basically, just hang out together and see how things go...if you just come out and say it, it may be a little weird (even for straight people)

Why don't you ask him out for lunch here and there and then just leisurely either tell him that you are gay and open up towards him. Talk a bit about your life.
His response will tell you whether he is or not and which level of interest you may share.

How do you know he might be gay? You might want to find that out first before approaching and making the assumption that he might be without clearly knowing.

well i think that a gay person is the best person to be around out of all....i also think that it depends on how this man approaches you......if y have a enough strenght then just be woman enough to ask him.....but yea i do understand how you feel but mom told me all about it.....gurl i have a gay cousin and he is soooo cool....whoeva u are i love u and try your best to take my word...... well see ya

Try asking him out on a date. I'm sure if he is gay, he'll tell you he prefers boyfriends. But don't dis pare, gay guys make the best friends ever!

Since you see him everyday, it would be stupid to spoil your face validity before him by asking him out directly. Hmmm, why dont you try to get his mobile number discreetly? dont talk to him, just send him SMS ... create yourself a fake personality, if you wanna, to discover what he is actually... gay or not... also you might be in measure to find out about his taste, likes, dislikes etc... but it should be very discreet

Oh man. Tread very lightly. Some straight men will hurt you for approaching them and suggesting they may be gay.
