There is a pain that comes and goes, right around my knee iv'e noticed that if i'm sitting on the floor and i stand up, it takes a minute for the pain to go away and for me to be able to stand up straight and walk. Both of my knees hurt, but it's the left knee, that bothers me the most and when i extend my leg straight out, i can hear a clicking/popping sound, what could it be? Thanks.

If it's both knees osteoarthritis is most likely. Clicking and popping are classical signs of osteoarthritis. Everyone gets is when they get older, those with more wear and tear get is sooner. Previous trauma or leg length descrepancy are big factors. Obesity is a factor - the more weight you bear the more strain. Occupational standing is a major cause (it really ticks me off that so many retailers want their staff to stand all of the time). If you're younger I'd have a physiatrist (MD or DO) or a chiropracter look at leg length. If that's the case a heel lift can make a big difference. If you're overweight losing weight will help. Exercise of a low weight bearing character is helpful.

Quit body-slamming the Undertaker...you're straining your knee.
Then go see an orthopedic Doctor.
If treated early, many such things are 'fairy easy' to handle.
waiting only makes surgery more likely.
