Does wearing clothes make you look fake? Or make-up?
Seems like I'm the only bloke answering so far.
Women want to enhance their sexual attractiveness - as for how, it's a cultural thing.

I quiet don`t know how to answer this but here goes...I think that if you dye your hair get close to the natural color. If you are going to go Blonde then have a professional dye your hair. No I don`t think by dying your hair makes you look fake...Maybe if you dyed it purple, orange, Pink then I would say that is fake....

Dying your hair can enhance your features/make you look younger/improve the appearance. However, that is only if you choose a colour that compliments your skin tone etc.
Dying you hair only looks fake when you choose a shade of dye that doesn't flatter you.

Not if you stick with a color that's close to your natural color. Try adding a few highlights that are a few shades lighter than your natural shade. All one color requires a lot of upkeep, and you will have to keep getting your roots colored every 4 weeks to prevent the color from looking "fake". Good luck.

If you dye your hair a natural color, you will be a fake. If you dye it something else like green or blue, you will not be a fake because you aren't faking it, its obvious that your hair isn't naturally green or blue.

properly, seeing as how i used to be a dismal blond, and now i'm a blond (dyed) and no-one even can tell I dyed it, i might say no longer..of path, I understand that black must be completely distinctive. i might visit the salon and ask them what they think of. perhaps in simple terms get it highlighted or some streaks of crimson, something that seems intentional. wish I helped.

Well it depends on what colour you are trying to go - if it's too dark then it will not suit your complexion, and will not look good.
If you want to see what you look like with a lightened or darkend look; try matching what you will use to your complexion/ eye colour. You could try on some wigs to get an idea! It can be fun; but choose carefully!

yes and no. if your hair looks fried, uh...yes. but if you get a natural color that you can pull off...not really. i've dyed my hair twice now, both close to my natural color but lighter, and people think it's my natural hair until i point out the line where the dye ends.

dying your hair would mean your hair color is not natural it's fake so that would mean your hair is fake not you.
