You are making me work too hard for the two points!

Set you digital camera on a stand
Have somebody stand in the place you would.
Set the camera to take a picture on the self timer mde
run to the designated spt and wait for the camera to take the picture - smile if you so desire
Take the digital card out from the camera and stick it int a card reader
Downlad the picture to the PC
