I rarely eat fruits and the only vegetable i eat are potatoes. Is there anyway i can still eat healthy?

You have to eat fruits and vegetables. They provide essential nutrients and fiber to your diet. You could possibly replace some fruits with fresh fruit juice - if it's really fresh. But the bottom line is that if you don't eat lots of fruits and vegetables, you aren't making healthy eating choices. Period. And potatoes don't count.

start eating salads and fruits if you can't do that then change the way you cook your food-skin off the chicken grill,broil, in the oven - change to olive oil -there are different ways just look for them( in books)

Take protein shakes/meal replacement shakes and a multi-vitamin that are frequently found at your nearby health store.

Drink milk, v-8 and lots of juices. And potatos aren't really healthy for you, they raise your cholestoral and stuff like that.
