I had 2 teeth pulled at 3:30 and at 6 :30 I am still numb!!!!!

Generally 3 hours, depending on anaesthetic used, but everyone is different.

It depends on what chemical he used and how much. 3 to 5 hours is to be expected.

was it an upper or lower. sometimes if he/she puts in a block, it can last longer. just don't chew on your tongue (lots of people do this to see if they are losing their numbness) you could injure yourself.
if you are still numb in the morning, just call his/her office
