you can get a studio or an efficiency for 1500 in nice area. Plus you are going to have to pay 50 to 100 for parking every month. if it's possible, get an appartment in northern virginia area. for 1500 you can get 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. how about Arlington or Alexandria?
