Weight loss drugs
The purpose of this guide is to provide information on popular weight loss drugs. people who have difficulty losing weight through diet and exercise alone, there are a number of FDA-approved prescription weight loss drugs that may help."On average, individuals who use weight loss drugs lose about 5 percent to 10 percent of their original weight, though some will lose less and some more," says the FDA's Colman.
Short term weight loss drugs include: Bontril (phendimetrazine tartrate), Desoxyn (methamphetamine) and Ionamin and Adipex-P (phentermine). Prescription weight loss drugs are approved only for those with a BMI of 30 and above, or 27 and above if they have other risk factors, such as high blood pressure or diabetes.People should contact a doctor before using any kind of drug, including a weight loss drug.
Drug treatment may be necessary to induce weight loss and weight maintenance. Two medications currently are approved for long-term weight loss treatment: sibutramine and orlistat.Phentermine, a noradrenergic agent, is approved for short-term as a weight loss drug.
Orlistat (Xenical), Roche Laboratories' new obesity treatment, has been approved for obesity management when used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet. Orlistat is intended for use in obese patients with an initial body mass index greater than or equal to 30, or greater than or equal to 27 when accompanied by risk factors such as high blood pressure or diabetes. The Xenical weight loss drug is also indicated to reduce the risk of subsequent weight regain.

Not going to happen really really quick.
Weight lose requires hard work and dedicated. It isn't in a pill, it's in a life-long transformation to a healthier you. Pills can actually really hurt you internally though. Those pills that make you feel full can mess with your metabolism, among other things.
Exercise--even 30 minutes a day. I ran 12 minutes each night (in my basement) and did pilates a few times a week. That's it. Nothing major. I lost 50 inches in 3 months.
Eat in moderation--each veggies, fruits, and don't fill up on snacks. Don't go into a meal starved, and drink a LOT of water. Don't cut out your favorite foods, just learn moderation. You don't need a LOT of anything to feel satisfied.

Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them.I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

None of them. The ones the "kinda" worked were the pills containing ephedra, and that's only because is was basically legalized speed.
Sorry to tell you, the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more. It's not exciting, but it's the only way that works long term.

Trust me on this you need to go to your doctor and only if your extremely overweight. I went two weeks ago and my doctor put me on a pill called PHENTERMINE, you take one a day, and it surpresses your appetite all day, I've lost 13 lbs in two weeks, it's more toward living a healthy lifestyle, rather than just a quick weight loss. And thoses other pills I've tried, they don't work, trust me. Just go to your doctor or a nutritionist.

None of them; I think it's wrong to use pills to lose weight. Exercise and eating less are all that's ethical. Try being vegetarian.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

The ones that worked for me where called 'Fahrenheit'.
You can find them at rite-aid, walgreens, savon or GNC.
I lost about 15 pounds. They dont make you all jittery, or sick, you just feel satisfied. Like you ate a good meal, even if you didnt.
They'll run you $20-$25 a bottle which i think is a one month supply. I bought mine on eBay for $15. Hope this helps!
