There seems to be a clear link between atheists and Christianity on Yahoo Answers that make them a new breed of Protestants unable to free themselves from the damage that Christianity has done to their egos, and they keep going back to Christianity to find some satisfaction for the hurt they feel.
Islam is actually the "Way of Life" for all human beings and especially for those who have been harmed by false worship and who seek Truth and Freedom.
Islam is between a man and his Lord and Allah describes Himself as "The Eternally Besought of All" so that whatever Truth you are seeking it is Allah you seek, wittingly or unwittingly.
Atheists on Yahoo Answers seem really disturbed about the Church and not about the Creator. Of course this is only my opinion but the seeker needs to look into every nook and cranny or he is actually indulging in self-worship.
The scars and the hurt of Christianity are extremely deep and need to be seriously doctored for full recovery.

Misguided, misguided atheists only think they dont believe in God but God is whatever you worship and atheists worship from democracy to the Almighty Dollar so saying you are atheist and not knowing what a God is are two different matters.
Atheists do not fall out of the sky and those in this site are the ones who have been harmed by Church and group and I know atheists who worship their bosses who are in business that defy religion but they still worship a God and their God is the DOLLAR.

To jiml especially - If you are so smart how come you dont know the difference between Hebrew Scripture and the Bible.
The Bible is corruption of Scripture and the Hebrew Revelation is a thing hidden and something that Yahuudi do not want.
I will never attempt to convert anyone but I must perform my duty, which is to give the Message, and it is up to the individual to deal with him/herself and every pot must stand on its own bottom.
It is nice to see so many responses from so many hurt individuals, but, when you are alone you have to deal with it all by yourself, and then God and Devil have their focus on you and you better be prepared, to stand on your own bottom.

As for eant - You have shown all your hurt and hatred for people who are just like you, with the difference in opinion and belief.
My God is Allah and yours is your own little voice in your head telling you that you should not let us get away with it.
The fact that you spend time on Religion and Spirituality trying to convince us that we are wrong is sufficient evidence that you will like to see us converted to your religion of disbelief and fighting the human urge, which, by the way, is what Allah has put into to you while you were still in Mummy's tummy, and you can never remove that urge.
Your knowledge comes from the crazy theists.
This desire in you will burn inside you till you die, and then you will know the Truth of all that you did.
Dont fight it because you cant beat it.
If you really dont believe then stay off others who you cant control or convince.

Christians and Muslims have been beating each other up for hundreds of years. Seems like you could pick a good fight with them with a well placed question on Yahoo Answers. Oh yea, that's exactly what you're trying to do by equating atheists with Christians, right?
Atheists are not looking for truths. We know that there is no invisible guy in the sky. There was no talking snakes, no talking mules and there are no devils or angels or anything like that. We don't feel the need to kiss the dirt five times a day because this is strictly a "What you see is what you get" place that we live in. All you religous nuts are just a bunch of asskissers, albiet invisible asskissers, anyway.
Oh, what's the point...it's like beating a dead horse....the mind boggles to think that you guys could fight with each other all this time just to 'prove' who's invisible guy is the best...nutters!! Still think that I'm unwittingly seeking Allah?

Us 'seekers' have found what we need. The fact that we recognize in our concious minds that all religions, the desert religion, the christian religion, the buddhists in the mountains, ALL religions are complete and utter garbage. The scars are to all of humanity and are as deep as the Hebrew Bible that Islam also considers to be a holy book.
Atheists are seeking "truth", if by "truth" you mean knowledge. But we don't find the truth to be as elusive as theists do, because we are not blinded by a world view that is 3000 years old.
If it seems like we attack Christianity in particular, its probably because most of us live in the U.S. and are troubled by the recent trend towards a Christian Theocracy here.
