Here's what I like to have for breakfast that is healthy:
To start off, you should have a peice of fruit, like a banana or an orange to boost your energy. Then you can make Old Fashion Oatmeal. First you make your oatmeal with water, then after it is done you can stir in any flavor of yogurt you like. (It must be Dannon Light&Fit though because it has the least amount of sugar.)
This may seem like a girly breakfast, but it shouldn't matter as long as you are doing the right thing by eating healthy. Plus, it is really good! :]

Well my typical breakfast, mind you im an extreme weight lifter, is 4 egg whites, coffee, water, low-fat vanilla yogurt (danon), 1 packet of oatmeal (plain and no syrup!), and 1 slice of whole wheat toast. Then between breakfast and lunch I'll have a banana. Its also a good idea to take a mulit-vitamin in the morning with your breakfast.

Cottage cheese. You can put fruit in it to give it some more flavor. High in protein to help your body get what it needs in the morning, and if you buy the lowfat versions, not too much fat. Add toast and it's a pretty complete breakfast.

It would be easier to list the foods to avoid..... You should avoid all white flour and white sugar based products (most cereals, bagels, donuts, pop-tarts, muffins, etc.), avoid soda and coffee or other caffeinated drinks, and limit fatty meats such as bacon or sausage to a minimum. And by the way, aspartame is poison, do not start your day off by putting poisonous chemicals into your body by drinking so called "diet" drinks.

Basically you've answered your own question, but most people in this day and age don't eat right so many are resorting to liquid nutrition like Boost or Ensure to give them the complete balanced nutrition needed for a healthy lifestyle.

That's a good list, but I would be cautious not to eat cereals with sugar coating. Whole eggs once a week is also ok along with pancakes with sugar free syrup.

5 minute oatmeal (the old fashioned kind), turkey burger patties, or other lean bland meat. I fry mine in olive oil, to be even healthier.
Make sure your cereals and breads are whole grain for healthyness.
Soy milk.

3-Eggs over medium, 4-slices of bacon (crisp), hash browns, hot sauce, toast with butter slightly burnt, jam, juice, coffee, water of course and yes don't forget that great looking waitress
to help get your pulse-up so that you don't have to go jogging after your meal.
Happy trails,
