You should probably contact a lawyer to set it up. There is usually free consultation. Ohio visitation laws are pretty standard, every other weekend - every other holiday - two weeks in the summer. Hope it works out for you

go to your local administration for childrens services and tell them you want to file a petiion for visitation, if you are not a parent of the child or children such as a grandparent / aunt you will need a lawyer most courts will not grant visitaion to anyone other than the parent. If they deny your request ask for supervised visits until you are able to fight for full visitation rights
