I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

keep loose from sugar, food made from starch and condensed fat. Drink total a lot of fluid, clean end result and vegetables, nut products & walk on the least one-1/2 an hour an afternoon firstly.. take care... Most of the models you see are anorexic and most of them are probably bulimic as well. If a model is in good shape and got some meat on them it's because they eat right and exercise and are not subjecting themselves to the hard party and drug lifestyle many models deal with through their careers. I would not follow in their way of losing weight because much of it is very dangerous and can cause your body not to function right.

I've seen on interviews that they have fitness trainers follow them around 24/7 telling them what they can and can't eat and forcing them to be disciplined with their exercise routines.
It's that kind of discipline that keeps most of us from succeeding in our weight loss goals, and it usually takes an outside motivator to get it. Good luck!

East small portion and exercise alot. Walking everyday works for me and eating smaller portion, but still eat three times a day. No junkfood. Eat alot of fruits and vegetables.

Well, its going to be more easier for them to loose it and keep the weight off for several reasons. One, their job depends on it, Two, they have personal trainers always keeping them in check. They can afford personal nutritionists to plan their meals for them, they can afford to buy exotic food that is good for them

they smoke cigarettes,
the nicotine in cigarettes delays appetite and causes them to eat less.
If you need to lose weight fast i'd go to the gym and talk to a trainer on helping you lose the weight because smoking is NOT good for you in anway.

eat healthy and exercise daily ! there are no magic pills. the models have the money to hire trainers and nutritionists to make them exercise and eat healthy so they loose the weight !
