If your loyalties are to your country of origin, why don't you go back? Yes, you have freedoms, and I wish people who do not like the American flag would exercise their freedom to leave. Why are you staying?

That is a wonderful way of saying it. I am somewhat guilty of flying my ancestors flag. The Norwegians came here so many years ago and now days we celebrate the Nordic Fest. Norwegian flags fly(small) all over the place. We don't ever want to have people think we are trying to dominate the beautiful American Flag, but rather just being very proud of our heritage.
Our country started with emmigrants from all over. Our Government, realizes that the decendents of these emmigrants, want to honor their Nationalities. So as long as Nationalities don't over power our American flag, I don't see how that hurts.
But you really have a good point. Thank you.

Very well said.

They're either a true American citizen, or they're loyalties are indeed still in Mexico.

But keep in mind that just because they're now waving the American flag - they DO have a hidden agenda. No one knows what it truly is yet but there are some definate signs and it doesn't look good.

It's time for us to all join together and put an end to this madness. Our politicians don't give a sh&t, our President doesn't seem to give a sh&t - It's up to us.

I asked a similar Q yesterday. I can't quite get that either. when I was younger I had a Mexican flag in my room. But it was because I was a little kid being teased and harrassed by my family. Now that I'm grown up yes I still keep the Mexican flag but it's the American one I wave. My countries flag. Where I live.

I think both things are rude. 1. For people to wave their flag like nothing, but yes they have freedom of expression and speech. And for those who hate the American flag, they should get out of here, if they hate it so much,

I think people in general should respect, the country they live in (especially if it is not their country) and if they love their country so much, they should live for it and live there, otherwise stop looking ridiculous.

Look REDNECK, the reason why some wave their flags and have them everywhere is so cousinfuckers like you wont call them mexican, since ignorant bastards like you who still live with his parents like you think everything that's brown is mexican and illegal. The Fedex guy comes around every other day and I hear people all the time asking him dumb questions about Mexico. He is PHILIPINO! In my office I have already adviced that calling him anything racist will be a reason for dismisal. I already fired a redneck like you for that.

You know it! My grandfather came here to be an American. We became such a great country because people from all over came here to be Americans. They shared their customs with everyone else and those customs became American. Who thinks of Italian food as being Italian? No, its American. German beer? No, that's American too. Now so many people want to live here but not become Americans. It disgusts me.

You are either a loyal American or you are not.If you want to stay here learn our language, salute our flag & obey our laws. You can still keep your old countries customs( as long as they are legal)but the only flag you carry & salute is OLD GLORY. I fought in Nam & Gulf war 1 to give you that right So you are either a real American or you are not. your choise.

Oh I am sure they are gonna comply to your request during say, The St Patricks day parade. I would love to see all you true Americans tell those proud Irish they have to get rid of their flags because they are being Un-American. I'll send you flowers while you recover in the hospital.

It is our right to wave anything we want to. Depriving Americans of their rights is very unpatriotic and Un- American. I guess all of you people with Un- American Ideas need to leave the US. Hell it was your Idea anyway!

Because their FIRST loyaltie is to themselves, and they can give themselves a better life here.

Their second loyalty is to their country of origin.

You'll notice that loyalty to THIS country, doesn't even make the scumbag's list, does it?
