HUMANS created the notion of Genus and Species. It's an artificial delineation we use to gain information about our world and categorize and understand it. It just defines the natural world but it's not a rule the natural world has to live by.
Who knows why God created other things that look like humans? I'll ask him when I see him. Also, I don't know that God doesn't want us to believe in human evolution. It makes sense enough. Likewise just because Evolution may have happened, it doesn't necessarily rule out the existence of God.

Humans created the categories, God didn't. Mankind decided to place us as evolved apes. Of course we are not, but that's what happens with mankind, we make mistakes.

I dunno man, but making an entire heaven and an earth with a sun in 6 days is quite a task. It seems the hominid template were his rough sketches he just threw away.
