Yes, both me and my wife do. My daughters are 13 and 17. We started talking with them about it when they were 11, so they would be able to understand what was going on with their bodies before they actually went through the change. My wife told them everything straightforward and honestly.
Neither one of my daughters ever mentions the subject. They are studying at school as they should. Even my 17-year-old says she does not feel the need to have a boyfriend. She's in no hurry. She wants to get into college first.
Thank goodness, it looks like my wife and I did the right thing by being open about it.

yes i do, all the time. at the dinner table, one on one and anytime i feel the need to. we talk about the private parts of the body and what they can do and produce. we also talk about the consequences of using those private parts. such as std's, babies and having to deal with pissed off parents. in todays world, it should be child abuse not to talk to your kids about sex.

Yes, in fact I just had a discussion with my son who is now 20 about it.
He generally listens to me and I enlightened him a bit about an illness one of his ex-'s now is being treated for. He was rather shocked by the cause of it.
I did not pontificate, 3 days later, he thanked me for the information. He was shocked about what I told him and then confirmed it himself with a doc. When he asked her about it, she denied everything.
The doc said 'Mom is right, listen to her'. In his words, 'I don't know why I didn't listen to you more, when you say something, you are right'
