I don't think the earth gives a poop about human abortions.

Well, you could only determine that on a hypothetical level. If it were a person being aborted who was going to be bad, then yeah, it might be better to abort that person. But then, that's assuming that everyone's destiny is predetermined. But people have free will, so they could go bad or good as they live. But then, how would you know that a fetus was predetermined good or bad, or that it would even be capable of choosing good or bad when it grew up? What was the question?

I think the future of the earth depends on what we're doing now. So all this pollution and greenhouse gas emission might not kill us tomorrow, but it'll be bad later so we better get crackin' on fixing what's wrong and preventing future damage. All this abortion yammering is really obscuring the actual damage that people are doing right now--people need to stop debating something that's a personal choice and start focusing on legislation and policy that saves the earth.

An abortion is something that I've neber done and never will, just not my thing.
Don't really like it when people do it.
But some times it's necesary, for exaple if some one got raped
or If the mother is thinking of leaving the kid out on the street or killing it after the baby is born (I see this on the news all the time)
Than that's when i think it's better to abort than to have a home less kid or a dead baby found on the street.

Do YOU think that killing unborn children is good in any sense of the word? Before asking such a stupid question, think of it in this light - would it have been good if YOUR mother would have decided to have an abortion when she found out that she was pregnant with you? Who is enough of a lowlife to think that they have the right to decide if someone gets to be born or not? Abortion is the product of irresponsible people having sex and not wanting to face the responsibility of raising a child, and nothing more. Cold, heartless, soulless people in this world. The Rapture and The Judgement cannot come soon enough to suit me!

No way! Every human life is precious to God. Christ came that ALL might have life, and more abundantly. Thinking like this was right at home in Nazi Germany. If a person is deemed less important, for any reason, it is that much easier to kill that one without remorse or feeling if any kind. It's easy to make decisions about ending other people's lives, as long YOU are the one deciding about other people! Wait until it's your turn!

Only in the fact that it controls the population explosion we are seeing, and takes place of diseases which no longer do the job. That would be the unemotional way of looking at it. I believe it is socially irresponsible to have a baby now, when so many go without homes as it is. It borders on greed, like wanting a puppy even though you don't have the time, money, or room to care for it.

Murder can NOT be "good for the planet earth's well being". In selective instances, if pre-knowledge was infallible, then a case might be made for having aborted Adolf Hitler before he was born. Some instances such as that. BUT, none of us have the pre-knowledge for determining such!!

If it is a problem of over-population of the earth (and that is not proven), then a better solution would be more "self-control"; stop conceiving so many children ... especially children "unwanted" by the parents who conceive them!

The more abortions, the longer it will take to that day when everyone on earth will be dying because of the overpopulation.

No soon, girls are going toahve sex evryday when tehys hould be waiting for marriage, and think that if they do get pregnant, they could just have an abortion and its all right. But the more that happens, they are reducing the population and reducing thier chances of evr getting a child again.

Look, Some people don't want babies. Some people do. Some people think they can tell people who don't want babies that they should be forced to have babies.

But Abortion hasn't even TOUCHED our population growth rate. (it has among suburban white people, but who needs them?).

We'll still nearly top 10 billion in the next 100 years.
