BANANA BREEZE PIE

1 Pie crust, Graham cracker
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Lemon juice
½ cup Rice, cooked
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
4 Bananas, medium, ripe

Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and rice, blending thoroughly.

Add lemon juice and vanilla extract; stir till thickened.

Slice 3 bananas and line crust with slices. Pour filling into crust.

Use remaining banana to cover the top of pie and refrigerate 2 or 3 hours or until firm.

1 tb Oil
¼ c Granulated sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Corn flake crumbs
Filling----
8 oz Fat-free cream cheese --
Softened
14 oz Fat-free sweetened condensed
Milk
⅓ c Lemon juice
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
3 md Bananas -- sliced
2 tb Lemon juice
2 md Bananas -- sliced
In a mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar, cinnamon, and corn flake crumbs. Press into bottom of a 9" pie pan; chill. Meanwhile, in another mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Line 3 bananas onto bottom of chilled crust. Turn filling into crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Dip remaining bananas in remaining lemon juice. Arrange banana slices over top of pie. Recipe By : The Mr. Food Cookbook

Banana Breeze Pie

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup cornflake crumbs
NO COOK FILLING
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 medium bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice

To prepare the pie crust:.
Melt margarine, sugar and cinnamon in small saucepan.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbles form around the edges of pan.remove from heat.
Add corn flake crumbs.mix well.
Press mixture evenly in 9" pie pan to form crust.chill.
TO PREPARE FILLING:.
Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk; blend thoroughly.
Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and vanilla, stir till thickened.
Slice 3 bananas, line crust with banana slices (dip bananas into 2 tbsp lemon juice to prevent browning.
Cut fourth banana into thin slices. Dip in remaining lemon juice. Garnish top of pie with banana slices.
Chill 2-4 hours before serving.
