My elbows and knees have always done the same. It usually isn't serious, but it should be discussed with the doc next time you go in. You could be developing a form of arthritis.

Probably a problem in the joint. Mine does it too- I fell about 12' onto my arm.... No obvious fractures, but it continues to pop. The doc said it could be diagnosed better with an MRI, but if it doesn't BOTHER me, or cause significant pain, maybe not worth the trouble....

I'm not a doctor or nurse but I think that it's normal. My arm does that too ecspcially if it's been in the same position for a while like if I'm on the computer.

sometimes joints pop if you dont excersice them enough. dont just do pushups, try lifting weights or something, cause then ur trying to lift ur body with arms that r too weak to hold ur weight

My back sometimes pops when I do sit ups.
It bothers me too.

you must have it from a long time when you were a little kid, it's a ligament problem, check with a specialist
