Not eating for 2 days and then eating the 3rd and so on.

Will it just be water weight or will it actually be fat?

I need to lose it fast thanks.

No telling me its bad i understand that.

No, just the opposite. When you eat on the 3rd day your body will store it all away thinking it's not going to be fed for 2 days. Plus there's no way you'll be able to do it, you'll be raiding the fridge after a couple of hours.

It's best to eat lots of little meals throughout the day. That way your body gets used to being fed regularly and lets the food pass through your system without storing it.

Loose weight fast. First, drink lots of water. It will help break up the food in your system now and flush it out. Keep drinking plenty of water. Your body will quickly make the adjustment and will stop storing water and you will shed a lot of water weight.

Next, I don't know what you eat but you should just stop eating so much of it. Eat healthy foods in small quantities. Keep your calorie intake low. But don't stop eating. All that will do is cause your metabolism to slow. The reason is because your body is afraid it will not get food again and will look for ways to store what you eat. This will make you feel very tired because all of you energy goes to storage and you aren't allowed to burn it. Very painful.

Lastly, get away from this keyboard, right now and do ten laps around the neighborhood. Dress warm and take your water with you.

There is a diet out there that you are suppose to be able to not eat for xx days and then eat what you want. Don't recall what it is called. Water weight always does come off first. Gotta do some exercising to get rid of the fat. Good luck.

If you dont eat for 2 days, u just loose water. Then when you do eat your body has gone into starvation mode so it uses all the food you eat and stores it into fat anyways. Best bet is probably to just eat shakes backed with fruit and vitamins, so your still nourishing your body.

No you won't lose fat, sorry. And you may be ill, be careful. And as soom as you will eat normally again, you will take weight.

if you starve yourself your body will go in shock and what you do eat will all be stored as fat.

do the the atkins diet, it will help you to lose fat not water fast.
