ok, 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, 24 hours in a day = 216000 a day. Normal years are 365 days = 78840000, leap years would be 364 days = 78624000. So, in 100 years there would be 25 leap years and 75 normal years, so 75*78840000 =5913000000 seconds, plus 25 leap years = 25*78624000 = 1965600000, = adding the two together = 6108600000 seconds in one century.
