Not seen it anywhere for years except for an off license in London once. It used to be everywhere before alcho-pops became so big

It is still brewed by Diageo and only sold in certain territories. Contact them for more information on where you can buy it - info@diageo.com . As far as I'm aware it is still around in the UK, check with a local wholesaler like Booker's, Matthew Clark, Coe Vintners or Venus Wholesale.
The Moscow Mule was originally a Smirnoff drink back in the late 50's/early 60's.

MOSCOW MULE
Glass: 12oz/33cl Collin's
Ice: Cubed, to fill glass!
50ml Smirnoff Red Vodka
3 Lime Wedges Squeezed and dropped into the glass (8 wedges to a lime)
1 good dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Top with Ginger Beer
Method: Build and Stir
Colour will be an opaque, milky pink due to the bitters if done correctly with 'bits' of lime amongst the ginger beer foam on top.
