When I was pregnant someone told me to chew peppermint gum and I can tell you it worked most of the time, so if you feel like your going to be sick take ASAP.
I don't think you should drink lots of water like the person said in the first comment as it will make you even more sick, crackers are good but most of the time you don't feel like letting anything go down your throat.
I had such a bad pregnancy and I had to take meds everyday cause of it so if it is still bothering you after a while talk to your doctor.
I really hope this helps and that you feel better.
Diana ;)

I would keep crackers or salt by the bed and take/eat them before I even got out of the bed to combat the nausea before it starts. There is also this cola type syrup that you can buy= it's safe for pregnancy and it also helps.

Eating an apple helps with sea sickness. There's another cure for nausea, but, unfortunately, it's illegal.
