Why don't we since there is the technology here sit down in a chat room or some other venue and discuss our religions. Lets not fight, bicker, or try and disprove one another. We all have something that somebody else can learn and use on a daily basis. If you are interested let me know. Serious people only.

It is possible. I want to talk to a few people. As I said we will not try and say who is right and who is wrong. In the Quran it says that we must love our neighbors 7 houses in all directions. Do christians believe this?

All religions are diametrically opposed to each other. Even Jews being the root of Christianity, Judaism is obsolete as it was fulfilled by Jesus which started Christianity. Allah is not the God of the Bible, therefore Christians and Muslims have no common ground. And when you bring people together with opposing views and say lets not fight, bicker or try to disprove each other, well...We ARE still human.

Oh, so I guess no rational people are invited to your party. Just the groups that have caused more fighting, death, destruction, and misery in the history of the world than any other groups, and all over silly little doctrinal differences. Take it from a rational agnostic: you have nothing to offer than anyone can use on a daily basis, you all have only dogmatic beliefs and a desire to wipe out or convert everyone who disagrees with you. Now, if you want to renounce your superstitious, ignorant beliefs and accept a rational approach to life, THEN you'd have something of value to offer the world!

I agree. Even though i don't agree with the other religions, i can't bicker anf fight against them. only God knows who's the right one. But like i say, religion is just a small part. Its the reealtionship with God that really matters, out of 100% it would be more than 50% that ti would count. Trusting in God adn loving Hima dn realizinf that He is Lord is what matters. Not drinking or having sex b4 marriage or not doing this or that, is what matters.

You leave out Taoists, Buddhists, Wiccans, and a few others I can think of.
As a Taoist you do not call me.. so I feel no obligation to a meeting that can only fail. The ones who would go to such a chat, will be the fundamentalists who are by nature, reactionary. You will be lucky if they do not shed blood.

I applaud this initiative. Once in Jerusalem, Christians, Jews and Muslims worshipped side by side.

Christians believe "Love thy neighbor as thyself." It's easy to forget that when the world seems to be falling apart. I know somewhere within all the faiths that we can discover peace with each other. As God wills.

I've heard Muslims say it, and Christians say it too.."Peace be with you."

Won't happen. People are too proud do openly discuss religion. When backed into a corner they'll just say "Well I believe it and it's right".

Good luck though, but I say you add in an Atheist too.

I'm a Christian... I have a friend who is a Muslim who lives in the Middle East and we get along fine. Sure, we have different views but we respect each others differences...
