You're trying to end the day leaving major issues unresolved. Make a list of the things that you haven't gotten resolved and then write down how you would ideally solve them. It doesn't do anything at the time but when you get up in the morning at least you'll have a positive direction you can choose.

Sounds corny but it works for me. A warm glass of milk. A coffee cup size, add one teaspoon of sugar and a dash or two of cinnamon. Heat in microwave for about a 1 to 2 minutes. Works for me every time!

You need someone to cuddle you. Don't stay up too late next time. The trick is - and pay attention.- is to switch off all electronic junk(inc computers and music and radio and TV and anything with a red light on it) and you will soon be off.

Whats the difference between 'chill' and 'relax'?
I have ideas, but I don't get the sense you have the type of receptive mind to them..
Best of luck.

Try some chamomile tea before you go to bed & put a few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow, they both work wonders & you won't be drugged up to the eyeballs!

Get off the computer, and close ur eyes, maybe some soft music, that always helps me. Or a nice hot shower.

Establish a consistent routine and try to stick to it.
There are some good over-the-counter pills that you could take that will help you fall asleep.
