I feel extremely hungry in the morning (sometimes to the point of pain) but whenever I try to eat anything my stomach feels even worse and I feel like I'm about to throw up. Im fine later on in the day but I just can't seem to eat well in the morning.

Try eating a light breakfast see if that helps. Then have a snack before lunch.

I also feel sick in the morning if I try to eat. I agree with itsallabtme with the suggestion of drinking a cup of tea first. I have been drinking a cup of green tea first and then eating a bowl of cereal and that seems to do the trick. If I do not drink the tea first I can not even face food in the morning without making myself sick.

Maybe you're prego!!!

ha! ha! ha!
I just had to say it. Truly, what is it you are eating for breakfast?is it greasy? are you eating too fast? stressed over what the day has in-store? is this a new problem?

For myself, I discovered through process of elimination that my stomach troubles were caused from orange juice. The acid was too harsh for me in the morning.

Whatever you do, don't go running to the doctor until you have made sure it isn't some simple change that is uprooting your system.

Hope you feel better soon,
Ami

maybe you are not eating enough in 24 hours. more small meals try a late snack but way before you retire. try milk before you eat breakfast. this will coat your stomach. also, try sleeping propped up. if this continues i would not wait to go to a doctor- right away. i don't know your age but you could be pg .if your a male forget the pg comment. however if your male they can have pg symtoms thought-wise--- acid reflux could be starting--if you have a burning sensation and travels up through your esophagus don'y worry i have it i'm on prevacid it WORKS. betty boop

You probably have an ulcer. They often flare up in the morning. See a doctor. Don't let it go long like this. You could die.

Try getting a quickie in with your honey before you eat. That always makes me hungry.

Try something bland like oatmeal or jello. No gut grenades. Above all have your doctor refer you to a gastroenterologist.
