Well, God is the only being with the powers and abilities to create and maintain the Universe. So there is just no competition for the job.
As far as wanting the structure of a dictatorship is concerned, God wants His Kingdom to be one where greatness is measured by how servant hearted a person is, where the most vulnerable are given the most honour and where the hallmark of the society is love.

And if there were more than one God would they have to form an Association of Gods and have regular monthly meetings to agree policy?
Fortunately there is just the one, known surprisingly enough as the God the Father Almighty, and he has one son and there is a further member of this triumvate known as the Holy Ghost or old Spooky according to the late Dave Allen, which makes things nice and simple.
Sadly this means anyone worshipping alternative Gods is wasting their time.

Yes true, but the twist is Satan, Satan is not considered a god but a rebel if viewed as in today's society and as all rebel, they are the bad guys that are judge for us so we can take the same position as the god. All countries are ruled by dictatorship, its just that some countries can disguise it better

I don't doubt the sincerity of people who believe in many gods and goddesses; I have traveled extensively in those areas of the world. I have also found in our conversations that many of them are honestly searching for the truth.
At the same time, as a Christian, my heart goes out to them, because I know they will never find what they are seeking as long as they stay on that road. Only the one true God can satisfy the deepest longings of the human heart, and only He can give us answers to our deepest questions about life and death. The Bible says, "Do men make their own gods? Yes, but they are not gods!" (Jeremiah 16:20).
Why do I believe in one supreme God instead of many gods? One reason is because it is logical. Where did the world come from? No idol could make us, nor could a thousand different gods and goddesses with limited power. Only God could make us—one who is all-powerful, all-knowing and all-loving. As the Bible says, "The heavens declare the glory of God" (Psalm 19:1).
But I also believe in one supreme God because He has revealed Himself to us! He has not left us to guess what He is like; He has shown Himself to us. He did this supremely by coming down to earth in the person of His only Son, Jesus Christ. I invite you to give your life to Christ, for in Him alone "are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" (Colossians 2:3).

Your answer lies in the religion of Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin. Once God created the world he then stepped back and lets it run its course. He does not involve himself in the day to day lives of those he created.

God can be one and ONE only."Learned People call Him/Her by different names"-"Ekaiva Brahmam Satyam-Vipra Bahudha Vadhanthi"-(Rk.Veda)
He/She can not be a Dictator because He/She gives you the freedom to worship Him/Her the way you like-and reject the way you don't like--"Yath Rochathi Tat Graahyam-Yan na rochathi tat dhyaajyam(Yajur vedam)-I can give you 100 examples that GOD is NOT a dictator-but space limits me-Somayaji

Don't you think that is a bit shallow?
The fallacy is the comparison - I think you already know that.
God is the creator - the Creator of all things, all people even dictators. He is perfect and wonderful, and can only rule with perfect wisdom.
