What was the respective date; the place; the language of composition for the Uthapishtim flood myth in Gilgamesh, for the Noah flood in Genesis, and the Noah chapter in Qur'an? I would be mighty glad if you'd provide links. Thanks.

I believe that it was the Gilgamesh epic that came first. It is written in cuneiform script on 11-12 (debate over the 12th) tablets during the reign of Gilgamesh (about 26 century BC).

The Qur'an's story comes from the Jewish text and the Jewish text most likely came from The epic of gilgamesh in Babylon when the Jews were slaves there.

The link below says that the epic is thought to be the oldest written story.

A book called "the moses legacy" by "graham philips" also goes into great detail about the birth of the Jewish religion.
