how do i make my parents want to get a puppy???????

we already have one but she needs a friend around the house

You obviously can't "make" your parents do anything... but you may be able to convince them to allow you to have another dog if you can prove to them that you will be a well-educated and responsible dog owner. Stop whining. Instead, read everything you can on dog care; take over the care of your existing dog; prove that you can handle the responsibility. Then talk to your parents about possibly adopting a dog from your local shelter; maybe getting an older dog that is already spayed/neutered and has some training.

There is a big difference between one dog and two.

You're parents have probably carefully though this through before making a decision. You begging and saying your sad, probably isn't going to change their minds.

And since most kids leave the house (for college or whatever..) and leave the dogs they 'just had to have' behind. Your parents will be the ones owning the 2 dogs, if they don't want two dogs, you are out of luck.

find one on the street that doesn't have a collar and looks a little skinny like he wasn't being cared for and pick him up if u can catch him bring him home and show him to ur mom and say " u found him on the street with no collar or owner"

if u have a cellphone and u r at u friends house call your parents and ask them tell them that u r at the pet store and u see a really cute one and he will stay like a puppy and beg them !!!!!!!

tell them you are thinking about starting a family and having a baby but you would much rather have another puppy
