Most states 17 is well over age of consent, even in the others not to many states will get involved. Fact is if you do not say anything, as they need your cooperation, there is nothing anyone can do. You should have listed your state, but I do not think you have anything to worry about if you both use protection and keep your mouths shut. Remember police, etc, can not charge anyone just because they THINK something happened they need evidence, witnesses etc.

Depends on the state! In some states the legal age of consent is 16, in others 18.

if you are getting married why not wait until you are 18. sex doesn't make the relationship any more intense or connected. it is mearly a physical act so what's the hurry. unless you are not really in love and he just wants sex. which would explain what a 21 year old is doing with a 17 year old.

It relies upon on what state you reside in. I stay in Illinois and the age of consent is 17 over right here, so no he would not get in difficulty. here states have their age of consent set at 18: Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, North Dakota, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. in case you reside in any a variety of states then confident the guy is going to get in difficulty. I extremely have supplied a hyperlink that could supply you greater training on the actual rules and effects for consentual intercourse.
