Honestly, the first thing I would suggest is stop playing video games and start socializing for a while before you hit on anyone.
No chick loves video game geeks. Im not trying to bag on you, serious, you need to socialize with people to get some people skills and get in the game. Otherwise your only option is another girl who plays video games all day.

i had this problem and i still do. i say just build up a friandship and ask her out. thats how i solved my gaming problem, except for i still play a lot and dont currently have a date. good luck man!
