When a woman is trying that hard to catch a guy he knows she is an easy mark. Think about it women... A cheap look won't get you a quality guy.

Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder, Men have their preferences, or should I say, everybody has their personal preferences, like for example, Man #1 might like women with Blonde Hair(Natural), Medium Height, and Slim Complexity, but Man #2 Likes women with Brown Hair, Small Height, and Slim/Medium Complexity.
It's mostly dealt by Psychological and Mental Judgement, which litterally answers the quote,"beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

I like girls that are lighter skinned, not darker. I think blonde hair is great, but not if you get it from a bottle or bleach. Women shouldn't change their hair color or try to darken their skin.

I prefer the natural look. I prefer brunettes too. The more fake or "made-up" a woman looks, the less attractive she is to me.
