Oh boy - not to disappoint you, but you will ask yourself this even when you are married lol
Society depicts men as strong individuals that carry the weight of the world on their back.... and every man alive sees that and figures they must be strong, and show no emotion....because often it is the safe thing to do.. if you don't share your feelings.. they can never be hurt =)
It is there, and once in awhile you will see it =)

That is the way it was for us when he were growing up. We were taught not to share our feels and also our dad never shared or showed his feelings. This is the way society has made it for many years and I do not see a change any time soon. Maybe the Emo generation will change that around.

Well i can tell you from experience a guy doesn't want his girlfriend or wife depending on the situation to see him at a weak moment. i have never cried or broken down in front of a woman because if i do i think she wont feel protected with me and i want her to feel protected all the time!

boys and men feel they have to be natural defendors and predators to show any kind of soft emotion makes them feel the oppasite of this but when a boy feels settled they may open up more

I'm a guy, and most of us feel embarassed that something will happen to humiliate them. Try telling a person you love/like them and then they say something other than I love/like you too, Awkward!
Plus, guys don't have feelings.

because they do not want to appear weak in front of us or make themselves look to girly. Boys just want to appear masculine and showing their feelings appears feminine.
