It means she either doesn't wash herself down there, or she has a vaginal infection.

Usually a woman will get an odor at the end of her period which gives off the odor of fish. The only way to get rid of the odor is to clean the area with soap and water and some women douche, although doctors don't recommend that because it washes away the good bacteria in the body that helps fight harmful bacteria. The young man was not very nice to say that but the odor really can be offensive.

It is probably honest, albeit inconsiderate. If it is simply a way to freshen the air so there can be a next date, give the guy a medal.
a) It may be his own nasal system.
b) The girl may work in a fish factory.
c) The girl's body chemistry may have reacted to her perfume/etc.
d) Someone's clothing/his or her/may need changing.
e) If the girl is in her period - some guys have never been around someone at that point.
f) The guy may be a jerk looking for a cheap exit line / laugh.
Check it out with a roomie or parent.

It is a rude thing to say, and while it may offend you, it's something you should probably know, so you can take care of it.
Unless you've just been swimming in the lake, smelling like a fish means you need to give your coochy a good washing.

It means the girl smells like a fish. She hasn't washed her private parts real good for awhile. Yes, it is rude and offensive.

Its very offending and rude towards a female... Mostly its being said that your (cookie bird/pee bug what ever you guys call that thing between your legs now days) Stinks like fish... Meaning your dirty goods hun.. Usually

If it is being said in reference to the female private parts then yes it is rude. But i have to say if a guy tells a girl that there is something wrong down there and the girl needs to start getting fresh and clean. Cause that is NASTY!!!!

it's a very bad smell down south on a girl. it just means things need to be washed and better taken care of. it is not unusual to have this and can be very easliy taken care of. no need to worry. it happens to a good majority of girls. it could also mean that there might be an infection that should be looked at by a professional.

Well, people say, and i guess sometimes its true that a girls private smells like fish. Usually when a girl isn't taking good care of herself. So yea, its an insult.

Well....this not good. It mean that the guy does not think the person that they say this too is very clean...smelling like fish means your dirty.

When and where did he say it?? Was it after sex or during sex, it it was it may mean that is what you smell like down there. Everyone smells different down there and that is life. Get over it and do not worry about it.
