he is in adifferent class,but i see him in the hallway and he smiles at me.but me and my best friend like him but, i'm okay with it

well it depends. i smile at people a lot...that doesnt mean i like them. most of them are girls ha. if he's kind of shy and he doesnt smile very often, then he might [woo =)]. but you dont want to be a drama queen [like me haha] where every time you see someone smile at you your like 'oh man whatacutieithinkhelikesme.'. hha im like that, and its not soo hot.

a lot of people smile at each other. sometimes i see people smile at each other on the bus. so i'm not really sure if he does like you. but i hope he does.=)

do you talk to him alot? does he talk about his personal life?
if yes, then he does and he will ask you out very soon..
if not, if he just looks at you with a smile and doesn't talk to you much then.. it will take a while before he will have the courage to ask you out :D
