What should i do? I asked this girl to the homecoming game and dance and she said yeah. Should I ask her to be gf. She is really quiet in class.

Just go to the dance with her. See if you and her click then decide if you want to ask her to be your gf. Just because you go out with someone once, doesn't make them bf or gf material.
