It is very unhealthy to try and loose 25lbs in 30 days.
Also, how much do you weigh? If you weigh between 110-140...it's impossible anyways. If you weigh over 200lbs it could happen, but your body might go into shock from working out so much.
Don't starve yourself, or you wont be able to work out at your best.
Drink LOTS of water. Try drinking at least a glass of water before you eat anything.
Eat your two largest meals during breakfast and lunch. Do not eat a big dinner.
Don't eat any fast food, fried food or junk food. Since you're trying to loose so much weight you need to basically eat lots of fruits and veggies and lien meat.
You could do a detox diet the first week... that's an easy way to loose 5-7 lbs the first week.
It would consist of day 1...just water *no caffeine what so ever* (don't work out this day, you will be too tired, and try to make this a Sunday, or a day you don't have to work or go to school.)
day 2 - just fruits and water --- maybe go for an afternoon walk, do about 25 crunches.... still be careful not to over work yourself since you're not eating that much.
day 3- water, fruits and uncooked veggies -- try to warm up a little, stretch and do 20 minutes of cardio and 25 crunches.
day 4- water, fruits, uncooked veggies, and cooked veggies, and brown rice (BROWN, not white) -- warm up, do 20 minutes of cardio, 25 crunches and lift light weights for 20 minutes.
day 5- water, fruits, veggies, brown rice, beans, nuts, lentils (unsalted) try to not eat beans and brown rice together.-- warm up, do 20 minutes of cardio, 25 crunches, do 50 leg lifts (25 each leg).
day 6- water, fruits, veggies, brown rice, beans, nuts, live yogart. -- warm up, do 25 minutes cardio, do 50 crunches and cool down walk for 15 minutes.
day 7- water, fruit, veggies, brown rice, beans, nuts, yogart, fish. -- warm up, do 20 minutes of cardio, 50 crunches, lift weight for 15 minutes and do 50 leg lifts.
now that the detox diet is over.. don't go splurge and eat everything in sight. If you want to loose the most weight I would stay on this diet another week. Or just add in some chicken or turkey.
eat soups and salads, if you would like to eat pasta do so an hour before you work out so that you will have energy.
I would continue to work out and add more cardio and weight lifting. Since you want to loose weight lift lite weights with more repetitions....I would say lift a 5-7lbs weight in each arm 15 times, stop, then repeat 3-5 times.

Twenty five pounds of what? If you're talking about fat, that's impossible. If you're talking about water and muscle then go for it. You can only burn two & one half pounds of fat a week. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for permanent weight control. Exercise is wonderful for fitness and health and that's what it should be used for, not weight loss. Example: danish pastry has 275 calories and you would have to do aerobic dancing for 42 minutes to burn it off. See what I mean. Wouldn't it just be better not to eat that in the first place than to try and burn it off?
Be sure to have a good high protein breakfast, a low fat , low sugar and starch lunch. That will bring your metabolise up so you will burn instead of store. At night eat lightly such as a vegetable soup or salad lightly dressed. This is not a diet. This is how people eat who want to be slinder and healthy. If I knew your weight and height I could give you more detail. Hope this helps.

Impossible.
Your body only burns an average of 2000 calories a day. You need 3500 to burn a pound - that equals 87,500 calories.
If you ate nothing through those 30 days, you would only burn 60,000. You would also probably be dead - or close to it.
You still have to lose 27,500 calories. An avergae work out done every day for an hour will only get you about 3000-6000 calories for the month.
You'd have to work out at least 4-6 hours each day.
Impossible.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Losing weight is difficult. But here I am introducing you some tips to lose a small amount of weight in a healthy that that is also within a week.
Steps to losing weight fast
* Get a set of small hand weights, 3, 5 or 8 lbs.
* Do five to ten minutes of weight lifting for a half an hour after each meal. Lie on your back and slowly lift yourself up with weights in each hand. Do this daily for the full seven days.
* Before or after you take a bath or a shower each day, do five minutes of jogging in place, your weights in hand.
* Do not eat greasy foods. Drink only water and fruit juice. Eat a portion of vegetables at every meal.
* In the morning try to eat fruit. Do NOT dump heaps of sugar on your cereal.
* Follow this regimen for seven days and you will see results.
* Take time to cook, Make food look appealing; don't be afraid to try new things. If you're not sure how to prepare or eat things you can go on an online search engine (such as google) and look how recipes and how to eat things.
* It is a shown fact that one of the "weight loss tips" is not true, many of us believe that if we eat late at night the food turns directly into fat. This is only a myth, food is stored all day into fat, it has nothing to do with time. Make sure you eat a lot of protein, this is important because if you don't have enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not fat.(Muscle will be burned but not as much). And finally have fun with it! Make up a dance or jump rope to music, getting active doesn’t mean boot camp!
Quick tips
* Eat plenty of vegetables with each meal.
* Drink plenty of water
* Before buying any food, look for carbs, calories and sugar in the ingredients. You'll want to cut down on all three.

Exercise, eat low fat, in moderation, and drink lots and lots of water. Celery and ice water are negative calories, and actually burn calories. Weight training builds muscles, which burn more calories than fat. Eat lots of small meals, throughout the day. Exercising boosts your metabolism which gives you more energy, relieves depression and burns more calories. Diet pills are not effective long term. The only long term solution to losing weight is behavior modification.

do not eat any frozen meals, fast food, or theme restarount foods. (theme restaurants = deneys, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Etc.) If your going to eat out, only eat at like a small mom and pops restaround where they serve real food that is not pre cooked and re heated. or pre marinated meats. These foods have preseratives in them which your body cannot break down so your body stores them as fat.

One low down crew member on me ship, the Dirty Sanchez, stole more than his share of gold once. We tied him up and let him hang from the bow for 2 weeks. He must have lost at least 50 lbs. Never mess with Pirate Pete! Arrgh!!!
