I am going to talk to the gf in a little bit. I have waited for her to get back in the groove of things as far as us goes but am really starting to wear out. She works a lot so I know I don't want to stress her out anymore but I deserve some time too. She is great when we're together, but I want to be with her more than we are. And I definitely want this to work out. She is flippin awesome. She tells me too often that she "has issues" or "doesn't deserve me" and it pisses me off. Should I be concerned (because I am) or am I reading too much into this? Any advice for telling her how I feel w/out stressing her out more or sounding judgemental?

Well for one, give her the space she thinks she needs. Nothing can drive a person further from you than someone smothering them. I am one of those people that have issues (and we all do) and I work alot also, along with other problems in my life. Sometimes I just need some extra ME time. Although that is not what you want, but my advice is to be happy with the time you and she share and dont worry so much about what you dont have. If its meant to be.. she will come to you when she is ready. I know being patient is not something anyone wants to do for a long period of time, however what choice do you have? Just give her some space, let her come to terms with her issues, trust her to give you the time that she can share with you and be happy with it. Good luck!!

I really feel that you need to give her, her space and time. I do understand that may be very hard for you but you really have no choice. As you said she is a busy girl and there really is nothing that you can do about that. If you feel that it can not work out between the two of you, you may need to part ways and move on. You really have no other choice. So look into your heart and see how much she means to you. Is she worth the headache she gives you.
