Well i was told by coach to just keep running they work themselves out...are you properly hydrating yourself b4 your run and in general..?.some think your diet may affect this as well...I started doing yoga and that is when it stopped 4 me we are all different Oh I used to put pressure over pain & keep running...

don't drink as much caffeine. that's what my brother told me and i tried it and i haven't had side cramps in a long time
