reduce??? the only reason someone would do that is if they were unproportional, but i'll tell ya how lol. Ok well first the shoulder muscles are broken down into 4 main categories: front deltoid, side deltoid, rear deltoid, and the traps. Now what you basically want to do is avoid working these muscles out and try to work the rest of your muscle groups. This will cause the slow shrinkage of those muscles due to inactivity.
