If they are only surface scratches you could call a detail shop and see if they could buff them out for you.

You could go to your dealer and buy a bottle bottle of touch up paint and fix it yourself.

You could try this website
http://www.ucanfix.com/Scratch/

Other than that you will have to take it to a body shop.
If would have been dented and NOT scratched you could have called dent wizard (they are awesome) but for scrathes, getting them buffed out or repainted is your only option.

If it were me I would call my insurance company,
file a claim,
and have it fixed correctly.

If you want cheap, then fix it yourself. There are plenty of "how to" books out there. Someone like Pep Boys sells them. Or a good book store and they don't cost much. As long as the key marks just damaged the paint, a lot of hand sanding and paint will fix your truck. Or, look for a school that teaches body work. They will often take in outside work for the students and only charge for materials. Keep in mind that you can fix it, if you try. Good luck Mark

How old is the truck? If you have full coverage on it with your insurance company then they will probably tell you to get some estimates. Then suggest which body shop to take it to. If not then you are on your own.

If you take it somewhere, it won't be cheap. Go to Auto Zone and get some touch-up.

best to do is go to autozone to walmart and get some stuff u can do it with which would just ask some1 that works there to help u find touch-up paint stuff.
